HERBS
Herbs have been used throughout history to
relieve illnesses such
as wounds, headaches, heart attacks… Tried and reliable herbal remedies were passed along through the generations. But with the modern medicine, herbal treatments stayed at the background of science and modern medicine did good affects.
But in recent years, herbal medicine has
reappeared considerably and
has been used a long with medicine. In some cases, the use of herb is found more effective than the traditional treatments by the doctors as it is an alternative way for them. On the other hand, there are some disadvantegous sides of herbal remedies; especially on the market. For example; the quality of herbs cannot be cotrolled because there are different products on the shelves of the stores. The consumers must be careful when purchasing these kinds of products. Many of the cures are actually can be found in the backyard of our houses. They are used in several ways (bilgi yelpazesi.net) like raw, boiled, heated and crushed. Most herbs are offered in capsule or gel form today, but many people grow their own herbs in their gardens.
